Leonardo Pasti inherited the 8 hectare CĂłrrego da Aldeia and has been living and working on the farm for the past 21 years. Leonardo comes from a family of coffee growers, with farms pepper around the area. He has also done well in many regional and national competitions reflecting the high quality of his crops.

Fazenda El Bolson is a family farm headed up by Don Hernan Rojas. Building on 60 years of coffee knowledge, the sustainability and sophistication of their growing practices have evolved over the years. The Peidra Gorda lot represents one of their unique lots featuring varietals not often highlighted in the region.
Located in the small city of San Marcos, Tirra Estate was purchased in 2013 by the acclaimed CoopeTarrazĂș as an initiative to conduct coffee research and produce specialty microlots. CoopetarrzĂș was formed in 1960 by 228 farmers who demanded more control over their product. The cooperative now has over 4600 members.
Located in a biological conservation corridor, the Valle del Cauca region lies between the National Park of Tatama and the Serrania de los Paraguas mountians. Coffee and sugar cane are popular crops here, and the farmers have a keen focus on water management and the environment to ensure that natural resources are preserved.
Situated in the Gedeo zone, the Gedeb washing station draws from nearby Gotiti village. Smallholders grow coffee on steep mountain slopes under Cordia, Africana, Acacia, and Ensete trees. The coffee is picked when the cherries are ripe and any over-ripe and under-ripe cherries that make it through are filtered out.
