In 1992, a group of 22 smallholder farms, united by a common dream, established the Aldea growers cooperative on the shores of Lake Apanás. Driven to innovate through data and technology, the group also embraces the ideals of social responsibility and equity. This lot is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process.
