This is a lovely, sourdough bread featuring organic Danko rye flour from Foggy Mountain Milling in Northern Virginia. It has a nice irregular crumb and a clean tart flavor. Our version of the “San Francisco Sourdough”. Order by 3pm for next day delivery; no deliveries on Saturday or Sunday.
