This holiday bread is based on the traditional Dresden Stollen, which has been made since the 16th century. We fill ours with a ribbon of almond Marzipan, almonds, and brandied cherries, blueberries, figs, and apricots. And then we cover it in rum butter and powdered sugar! This bread lasts at least several weeks if stored in a cool spot; make sure to rewrap tightly after cutting to keep the bread moist!
