The Federación de Sociedades Cooperativas Indígenas y Ecológicas de Chiapas (FESICH) was founded in 2009 by five groups of producers who complete their own wet milling and drying at their respective farms. FESICH offers training and financing for member producers and maintains Fair Trade and organic certifications.
