Antônio Carlos de Oliveira is the fourth generation on Sítio Roseira. Antônio inherited some of the land before expanding the farm in 2018. The property totals 25 hectares with 5.7 of that planted with Red Catuai variety. Like many farms in the region, all work here is done manually due to the uneven terrain.

This lot was prepared using anaerobic processing that produces crisp fruit notes.
Sourced from small farms In the southern region of Ethiopia, growers harvest ripe cherries by hand. Pickers rotate among the trees every eight to ten days, selecting the cherries that are at peak ripeness. The coffee cherries are transferred directly to raised drying beds and are turned constantly as they dry in the sun.
Built in 2011, the family-owned Koke washing station is located in the Gedeo zone of Yirgacheffe. Approximately 96 smallholder producers deliver coffee to Koke, many of whom are multi-generational farming families. The washing station has seen many improvements over time to sustain its top-notch offerings.
