Dona Guadalupe's 'Guadajey' farm produces coffee with a sweet peach flavor, a likely result of the red and yellow catuai varieties harvested there. In addition to recently planting citrus trees on the farm, Guadalupe is also in the process of building a wet mill on-site and more raised drying beds for processing her coffee.
